Login to the Content Management System: http://foresthills.edu/login.aspx
Select School Building Management.
Select your school.

From the 'Actions/Activites' menu, select Building Events.


At the Find an Event page (this is copied from the CMS):
"Provide the appropriate search criteria in the boxes. Please note that if you want to choose a searching criteria, please check the appropriate box to the right of the criteria. Type a search string value in the textbox if appropriate. Wildcard characters are acceptable.

Note: Leave a checkbox blank to consider all possibilities for that field!"


Below this text is a list of events already existing (previously bulk-imported).

Any of these events can be edited.

To delete an event, first click to edit the event, then scroll to the bottom of the event page and choose delete.


Add an Event

Event Basic Information
Click Add An Event
  • Type a Name for the event
  • choose a Location: from the drop-down menu, OR
  • type a location in the text box
  • (optional) type the name of a Contact Person:
  • (optional) add a Description / Directions: in the text box
  • Choose a Type: from the drop-down menu
  • Type starting and ending Dates/Times: in the fields below the calendars (mm/dd/year)
  • Times can be left blank
Calendar Event Placement
  • Placement: select your school
Calendar Event Document
  • Browse to add an attachment (permission slip, flyer, etc.)
  • Type the Document Title
save or save & close



Clicking save & close or choosing Calendar Home in the top navigation bar of the CMS takes you to the Calendar Events Management page with additional options. We can explore those at another time.
